Hi, I’m Ben Cummings, a lifelong Capital Region local who knows firsthand what makes this area such a special place to call home. Helping people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives is something I take great pride in, and my goal is to make the process as smooth, informed, and enjoyable as possible every step of the way.
With a strong background in customer service and small business marketing, I’ve built my career around helping others and creating meaningful connections. I studied Entrepreneurship and Business Development at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, where I discovered my passion for building relationships and helping people achieve their goals, something that translates seamlessly into my real estate career today.
When I’m not helping clients find their perfect home, you can usually find me outdoors,hiking local trails, kayaking, swimming, fishing, or exploring new places to travel. I also love a good night on the town and trying out new local restaurants. And at the end of the day, there’s nothing better than unwinding with my German Shepherd, Maverick.
